WHAT WE OFFER YOU
Reporting to the International Transport Operations Director.
Position based in Casablanca (Morocco) with management of Morocco–Europe and Europe-Morocco flows
Mission
Drive and optimize international RoRo transport flows between Morocco and Europe to ensure operational fluidity, cost control, on-time delivery, and customer service quality.
The position combines:
- transport engineering,
- international operational coordination,
- flow optimization,
- trailer fleet management.
Your responsibilities
Operations & transport management
- Build and optimize Morocco-Europe transport plans
- Define routing schemes (road, RoRo, intermodal)
- Allocate flows to transport partners and monitor operations
Operational coordination
- Coordinate carriers, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and port teams
- Anticipate and manage operational contingencies (delays, congestion, unavailability…)
- Ensure proactive communication with clients
Optimization & performance
- Design transport solutions adapted to client needs
- Optimize costs, deadlines, and loading rates
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement actions
Fleet management & compliance
- Monitor the availability and compliance of the trailer fleet
- Ensure compliance with transport and customs regulations
Desired profile
Education
- Bachelor's (Bac+3) to Master's (Bac+5) degree in:
- Transport & Logistics
- Supply Chain
- International Trade or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in:
- International transport organization
- Transport operations
- Chartering / transport planning
- Morocco–Europe flows
Experience in RoRo, TIR, or intermodal transport is highly desired
Technical skills
- Mastery of international transport schemes
- Strong ability in transport plan development
- Knowledge of RoRo Morocco–Europe flows
- Good command of European transport regulations
- Practice with TMS tools and operational management
- Excellent command of Excel (analysis & optimization)
- Good understanding of customs and documentary issues
